1. Voice training maintaining proper singing posture and breathing techniques.
2. Knowledge and identification of musical notes (Shuddha swaras, Vikrita swaras)
3. Practice of Palta/Alankar, Murchhana in different ragas and talas.
4. Knowledge & practice of different Talas

Drut compositions of any two of the prescribed ragas with a subtle understanding of the raga (Yaman, Bhairav, Alaihiya Bilawal, Khamaj, Kafi, Bhupali, Bhairavi).
