(i) Origin and development of Santali literature

(ii) Periodization of literature (Ancient before – 1854, Medieval -1855 to 1946, Modern -1947- to till date)

(iii) Santali writers – 1. Majhi Ramdas Tudu (Raska), 2. Pandit Raghunath Murmu, 3. Nayke Mangal Chandra Saren, 4. Lusaram Murmu
